Lactation Energy Balls Recipe

These no-bake energy balls are packed with milk-boosting ingredients and make the perfect grab-and-go snack for busy moms.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups old-fashioned oats

  • ¾ cup natural peanut butter (or any nut butter you prefer)

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds

  • 1–2 tablespoons brewer’s yeast

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

  • Optional: 2–4 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (for sweetness)

  • Optional: A handful of mini chocolate chips, raisins, or shredded coconut

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients until well combined. If the mixture feels too dry, add a little more peanut butter or a splash of almond milk. If it’s too sticky, add a bit more oats.

  2. Roll into bite-sized balls (about 1 inch in diameter).

  3. Place them on a baking sheet or plate lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

  4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week—or freeze for up to 2 months.
